The Beach House is where many guests start their Tiny Village story. A little more room to stretch out than our tiny homes, with the same soul as the village — hand-built, thoughtful, and just steps from Clearwater Lake.
Originally an old summer camping shack built by Pat’s grandfather, and as the first structure on the Tiny Village property, it’s been completely replaced into a comfortable lakeside retreat. Curl up on the couch after a day on the water, make dinner in the full kitchen, and step outside to your private hot tub as the stars come out. In the morning, the lake is right there — coffee on the dock while the mist lifts off the water.
The Beach House has a spacious feel compared to the tiny homes, making it a great choice for guests who want the village experience with a bit more elbow room. It’s also one of the closest units to the water’s edge.

Private electric hot tub. Full kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Bathroom with shower. Bed linens and towels. Wi-Fi. Free parking. Access to the shared Nordic spa: wood-burning sauna, wood-fired hot tub, cold shower bucket, and cold plunge tubs. Community firepit by the beach. Kayaks, canoe, and paddleboards with life jackets (seasonal). Firewood available for purchase on-site ($5/bundle, fire-starters $1 each).

HOUSE RULES
Adults only (19+). Dogs welcome, on leash outdoors, never left unattended. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours after 10 p.m. Please treat shared spaces with respect.
